Branch Manager Tertius Swarts reports from Windhoek: “The arrival and successful commissioning of our 400 Ton Hydraulic Track press completes the third phase of our planned full Track undercarriage repair service offering workshop in Windhoek”.
- Phase 1 entailed the removing and refitting of new or used track grouser shoes on selected excavator and dozer applications.
- Phase 2 we implemented a full grouser shoe restriping unit capable of doing re-strips on dozers up to D11 and D475 and excavators up to 350-ton machines.
- Phase 3 we installed a 400 Ton hydraulic track press enabling us to offer a full strip and assemble of track chains for machines up to and including D11 / D475 and 350-ton excavators.
Tooling also included for D6 / D7 / D8 / D9 / D10 / D65 / D155 / D275 / D375 /374D / 385C / 390D etc.
The track press unit thus completes the full track undercarriage workshop offering to our customers.
