A Vicente Ballester, gerente de Blumaq<\/a>, la afici\u00f3n por las dos ruedas le viene de lejos<\/strong>. Con diez a\u00f1os ya era socio del motoclub y, poco despu\u00e9s, empez\u00f3 a disputar las pruebas de circuitos urbanos que se hac\u00edan en Valencia. Hoy d\u00eda, posee una de las colecciones de motos Bultaco m\u00e1s completas e interesantes de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> centrada en un vasto repertorio de Pursan, Matador y TSS, a la que le dedica una sala entera.<\/p>\n Mr. Vicente Ballester’s enthusiasm and passion for two wheelers come from far away:<\/strong>. with only ten years old he was already member of the motorcycle club, and very soon he began to participate in racing in street circuits which took place in Valencia. Nowadays, he is the owner ofone of the most complete and interesting Bultaco collections<\/strong>which includes an entire room containing a vast repertoire of Pursan, Matador and TSS. .<\/p>\n Empez\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 95 buscando la TSS 125 con la que hab\u00eda competido a\u00f1os atr\u00e1s, pero conforme avanz\u00f3 el tiempo, esta idea cambi\u00f3. \u201cAl principio quer\u00eda hacer s\u00f3lo las Bultaco de carreras\u201d<\/strong>, reconoce Ballester, \u201cpero luego se fueron sumando modelos derivados y otros, hasta sumar cerca de un centenar y medio\u201d<\/strong>. Actualmente, dispone de todas las versiones carreras-cliente de la TSS y en todas sus cilindradas: 125, 175, 200, 250, 350 e incluso la 360. Y, adem\u00e1s, ah\u00ed no queda la cosa.<\/p>\n Otras joyas de la colecci\u00f3n de Ballester son dos de las tres Montju\u00efc 360 de resistencia, una RS 200 (versi\u00f3n de carreas de Metralla 62), y una AJR 350, la exquisita r\u00e9plica TSS fabricada por Armando Mol\u00ed y Javier P\u00e9rez de la Vega, y la \u00fanica que sali\u00f3 en azul Blumaq<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cMe cost\u00f3 un mont\u00f3n convencer a Armando de que la pintara en ese color\u201d, admite Ballester. El resto de su colecci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n la conforman una Pursang Mk15 y otras poco comunes como la Richkman Metisse, Streaker kit Parabellum, o la rara Pursang Mk12.<\/p>\n Vicente Ballester, adem\u00e1s, pertenece a un tipo de coleccionistas consecuentes y socialmente activos<\/strong>. Primero, porque suele sacar a menudo las motos en eventos de cl\u00e1sicas o cederlas para exposiciones. Segundo, porque su colecci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 cerrada a cal y canto, sino que recibe visitas de aficionados y motoclubs. Y tercero, porque se interesa particularmente por el tema desde el punto de vista hist\u00f3rico; de ah\u00ed que haya reunido una nutrida biblioteca donde podemos encontrar colecciones enteras de revistas especializadas y un archivo documental con informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica. Desde luego, esta colecci\u00f3n, es mucho m\u00e1s que una acumulaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1quinas.<\/strong><\/p>\n Imagen.<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n It was 1995 when he started looking for the TSS 125 which he used in a competition some years ago. However as time went on, he changed his mind: “At the beginning I just wanted to do Bultaco racing bikes”<\/strong>, says Mr. Ballester, “but then, some different and derivatives models were joined, adding up to a total of a hundred and fifty”<\/strong>. At present he has all Races-Customer TSS versions in all displacements: 125cc, 175cc , 200cc , 250cc , 350cc and even 360cc. And that is not all.<\/p>\n Other jewels of the Mr. Ballester’s collection are two of the three Montju\u00efc 360, one RS 200 (Metralla 62 racing version), and one AJR 350, the exquisite TSS replica made by Armando Mol\u00ed and Javier Perez de la Vega, and the only one left withBlumaq<\/a><\/strong>blue colour. “It was really hard to convince Armando to paint it with that colour,” admits Mr. Ballester. In the rest of the collection we can also find the Pursang MK15 and others very unusual as Richkman Metisse, Streaker Parabellum kit or the rare Pursang MK12.<\/p>\n Mr. Vicente Ballester also belongs to a class of consistent and socially active collectors:<\/strong>. First, because he often brings out the bikes in classic motorcycles shows or exhibitions. Second, his collection is not locked and bolted, but receives visitors and fans from different motoclubs. And third reason, because he is particularly interested in the historical point of view; hence we can find in his collection an extensive library where a very wide variety of interesting entires collections of journals and documentary files with technical information can be found.Definetely, this collection is much more than a a simple machines accumulation.<\/strong><\/p>\n
