Sportsman Vicente Arzo concludes his participation in the Athens 2004 Paralympic Games.

By his performance in Athens, Arzo has demonstrated his calibre as a sportsman. Although the role he played in the paralympics was very substantial, Vicente Arzo already stressed in the Press Conference offered in the Blumaq facilities that the most important aspect in this participation was that it was one of the most significant moments in his life; because it would possibly be his only opportunity to participate in the Paralympics.
